Audrey Miller was very attentive and knowledgeable. Also offered an honest opinion on choosing the piece of jewelry between the 2 that were relatively the same price, but she made a great suggestion. Also got some alterations and appraisal with no additional cost. Have purchased other pieces there over 10 years ago. Quality and service has maintained top notch. Never disappointed. I had an excellent experience here. I came looking for a watch for my mom for her birthday, which she has absolutely loved, and David helped me both find this watch for her and walked with me around to look at others. His passion was so evident and he was so kind and helpful. The watch was shipped very quickly and securely to my mom. I also got a watch for myself and had to have another hole punched in the band and the service was so prompt and I was able to have this done over a work lunch break. I really appreciate all of the help they gave and recommend that people come here.
