We had been searching for a commercial space for nearly two years without success prior to contacting Anne from Copper West. Erin Valverde Pollard was fantastic in every step of the process, from the initial showing to the final closing on the house. She was very knowledgeable about the property and area, and was extremely generous with her time. Erin went above and beyond expectations in making sure all our questions and concerns were answered, in assisting us in identifying prospective help for renovations and other household maintenance, and in assisting us as we settle into to our new community. Hunter was amazing to work with. He was exceptionally responsive, professional, patient, and knowledgable. He really went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy for us. Maui is someone you can trust. It's so nice to have an agent that whose integrity and competence you can put your faith in. I was a smaller client than Maui's typical clientele and I felt like a big client.

I have bought and sold many houses in my 81 years and Cody Cornett is the best realtor I've ever had. He knows the housing market, he immediately understood what we were looking for, he knew every house that was advertised in The Dalles, and was willing to spend many hours with us to find the perfect house. You can't get a better realtor than Cody! He is professional, always available, reassuring, honest, and a wealth of information. His constant upbeat and positive demeanor makes for an excellent home buying experience. We were on a super tight timeline and might have settled for a house that would've turned into a money pit, but Cody's advice, confidence, and attitude helped us decide to hold out for something else. He was never pushy in the slightest. We ended up finding a house and closing in less than 3 weeks! I HIGHLY recommend Cody!

Maui & Chelsea helped us sell our home in Hood River. We were impressed with their care & concern, their professionalism, and their teamwork. They helped make a stressful process less hectic by providing regular and timely updates, worked so that our offers & counters were acted on quickly, and Maui's negotiation skills helped us clinch a good deal in the end.
