Had a sewer system put in back in 2012 from a "large" known company. They gave a bid in writing and then when they ran into issues because they didn't use a camera in the first place, they tried to increase the price. Long story short. They never glued or connected the pipe that attached to the house pipe. Leaked for 8 years. Finally surfaced.
Called JD Sewer and Son's. Was going to get several bids but was so impressed by the professionalism and kindness and the price, I chose to move forward with them. I am so glad I did! They did great! FYI the other company didn't even use rock to keep things

I have used JD Sewer and Sons multiple times and always been pleased with their service. Last year, when I was selling my home, buyers inspections found that I had a sewer line break. They came out within 24 hours and repaired it for half what the other place quoted. Today, on a Sunday afternoon no less, I had my sewer line back up in my new home. I left a message and within 5 minutes they called me back. He gave me the option of waiting until Monday or paying the Sunday rate, and told me both prices. Within 15 minutes, someone was here and, about an hour after I made the call, the problem was

So impressed with this company, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem, explained in detail next steps and kept me informed throughout the issue at my mother's home. Since I live out of town, Jim even sent me pictures of the completed job. Jim and Tony were excellent to work with and very thorough. Very caring people and even worked us into their schedule to get the job down as quickly as possible.

DON't EVER call JD Sewer & Sons for plumbing issues! Absolutely RUDE customer service!! We have used them since at least 2005, maybe longer. My kitchen sink had standing water in it on both sides. I had put Liquid Plumber in it.
