Before moving to the Northwoods in 2018, we were conducting home inspections in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. We are living our dream of living in northern Wisconsin and are ready to help you achieve the same goal. Whether you are looking for a full-time home or a vacation getaway we are here to help you make an informed decision on your investment.
From the initial inquiry to the inspection, they were always very quick to reply with clear and professional communication. The home inspection is an important part of the real estate process. It serves to offer you the honest, unbiased, and professional advice you need before making one of the biggest decisions of your life. We encourage all our clients to attend the inspection. A quality inspection may take 2-4 hours depending on the size and condition of the home.
Following the Wisconsin DNR guidelines for proper sample collection, we will conduct an onsite sample draw. Samples are sent to a state certified lab for analysis on the same day. The minimum water quality testing requirements for real estate transactions is for bacteria, nitrates and arsenic. Please check with your lender requirements as they may request additional testing for your loan.
