Some of the most pleasant people we've ever dealt with both on the phone and at the office.
They were prompt and very nice plus everyone was professional.
Dr. Kelly was one of the most assuring and knowledgeable doctors I've ever been to.
Just a great place to go to.

Overall experience was fine, although the employees here tend to be the slightest bit condescending when they speak (as if they're talking to 3 year olds and not full grown adults). Other than that, they were perfectly pleasant to talk to, despite being somewhat robotic. It's as if there's an invisible gun pointed at their heads, forcing them to act very nice to the patients, or else they don't get paid.

The main reason for the 3 stars is the glasses area at the end of the clinic. When I went to go look for glasses, the guy did offer assistance and brought out several pairs

Dr 's might be great. I know Dr. S has taken very good care of my husband. I would NOT get glasses there. The fella selling them is extremely UN Professional!! His comments are making me rethink if it's worth the drive for me. Very rude !!

I'm not sure who all these hit piece reviewers are, but both my wife and I have frequented the Kelly Eye Center for the past 10 years. We've never had anything but outstanding service, be it from the front desk, the doctors, to picking out glasses with Dave (who is outstanding by the way). I've been legally blind most my life and these guys are one of the best optometrists I've been with.

BEWARE !!! While the Dr. Who attended us was very good I would refrain from ever purchasing any glasses from there . They are cheats who quoted us a price of $90 which covered everything for the glasses and then said it would be over $200 when it was ready ! Essentially doubling the price from what they had given us !

If I could give a lower review I would. Botched my cataract surgery a few years ago two two more surgeries to correct...
and apparently never took the course on bedside manor in medical school.

I went to the Kelly Eye Center for Cataract evaluation. I have to agree with the other reviewers. I was treated with condemnation. Also, I felt like I was being addressed with disrespect; not only because they acted like used car salesmen, but no matter how many times I introduced myself as "Dr.", even writing that on the questionnaire as "preferred name to be called", ALL staff felt the need to demote me by calling me "Ms." without exception. If they won't show respect and awareness, I can't trust them with my vision! I won't be returning.

Dr. Kelly performed PRK (laser corrective surgery) on both of my eyes about six weeks ago. I opted for the procedure in hopes of freeing myself from contacts lenses and glasses. While nervous at first, Dr. Kelly, his partner Dr. Smolenyak and their staff made me confident that I had a good chance of eliminating my need for corrective eye wear. I elected to proceed with the surgery and the results were amazing! I'm 20/15 (better than 20/20) with both eyes. I was pretty blurry at first and had some mild to moderate irritation/ tearing for a couple days. It was totally worth it. I see better

I was referred by my eye doctor when my cataracts were interfering with my vision. Dr. Kelly gave me the option to have my vision corrected at the same time. The surgery was a great success and everyone at Kelly Eye Center was great. From setting up the insurance to scheduling the surgery, followup appointments and everything in between I was treated like I was their only patient. I would recommend both the surgery and Kelly Eye Center without hesitation.
