Excellent experience! Loved the way my teeth’s turned out! I loved the treatment of all the staff! Specially Vanesa the time she always took to explain everything to me her kindness and professionalism was excellent she is the best! This is the best place you could go to if you need braces or continuing a case! Dr Beattie is a true professional and he was amazing the whole time I was with them. Vanessa was awesome and she is super kind. The whole staff, in fact, are extremely warm and nice. Best decision I could've made is to continue my braces case here!

Everything about this office is great! The office is always very clean and the entire staff is helpful and very welcoming. When my family members had their braces, the staff was always open to answering any questions that we had. The receptionist and Vanessa are especially awesome. The receptionist always greets you with a smile and Vanessa always tries to make sure that you are happy before you leave.

Not happy with their billing dept. a mistake on their part caused a $35 overdraft fee in my account. When I asked for a refund I was refused. Also, I requested that my auto draft be discontinued which they happily did but, when I asked if I could get a confirmation to make sure it was stopped I was told that they are not Macy's just a small family business and that I would have to take their word for it. Rude? Yes!! Not happy with the service I received as a customer of Dr. Beattie.

Dr Beattie and his staff are fantastic! I have been a patient for the last few years and recently completed my Invisilign program. My teeth are so straight and my smile is perfect. The staff are super knowledgeable and very friendly. All of their equipment is state of the art and they can visually show you how your teeth are changing and what they will look like over time when going thru the Invisilign program. It was so easy and not a hassle at all, just wear the clear trays and swap them out for a new set every 2 weeks. They give you 4 or 5 sets at a time so you don't have to go back for
