Tim is reliable, honest, responsive, efficient, and friendly. Wish all vendors were as professional as he is.
One morning, our garage door wouldn’t open, and our car was stuck inside. No one can go to work or school. I called Tim’s cell phone and he came over a couple of hours later (he was finishing another job). Turns out, the spring was broken. He fixed it temporarily and ordered a new one. He told us it’d take a week (it did) and he came to fix it.
He said he’d bill me, but I have not received a bill yet (it’s been a week), so I can’t comment on price. However, I believe it will

I called Baker's Garage Doors Inc and they arrived at my house by 1:00. Specialist worked expeditiously and determined to get my garage door operating again. They were very dedicated and even made some tune up as needed by the door. I would endorse them to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door.

Had bakers install 2 new Garaga brand garage doors back in 2014. On 3 separate occasions we have called them for service as we were having issues with our doors.
First time they drop off a part for us to install ourselves and charged us for it.
The second time they set up an appointment to come service the door and never showed up.
Now the third time they just never called us back.
It seems that once they did the install and had our money they could care less about servicing their product afterwards.
