I have had Rob Lawson as my personal insurance agent for over a decade now, and I could not be happier. I grew up in Defiance, and even with him being 2 and a half hours away now (currently a Columbus resident), I know that I can depend on Rob at the drop of a hat if something goes wrong. One time I was driving home in the middle of a snow storm and hit an awful pothole. It was about 11pm and Rob still answered my call on the first ring. He has been a lifeline to my wife and I for our auto and home needs, and I couldn’t imagine what it would be like if he wasn’t our insurance agent. Thank you

We cannot say enough good things about Rob Lawson as our insurance agent and the Rose and Kissner Insurance Agency. From discovering when we first started with him that we were way under-insured and way over paying, to helping us find discounts when our teenagers started driving and getting us the best deals for our houses and building process. Very satisfied with the value, professionalism and attention we receive from Rose and Kissner Insurance Agency. Our agent, Rob Lawson, is always available to answer any questions and attend to anything we need for our home and auto policies. We have been with Rob and Rose through two houses in two different cities and could not be happier. Their response when we had a sewage backup in our basement was quick and painless. They helped us through that process and we were able to follow up with them months -- even years later to be compensated for items we lost/replaced. Highly recommend.

I started working with Rob when I closed on my home last year and it’s been a pleasure since day one! He always answers all of my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction! I’m so happy I went with Rob Lawson to help me with my insurance needs! He seems to be always available help me figure out things or answer questions, he has taken care of things before I even know they need to be taken care of, and we have really great insurance at much lower than my neighbors! Win win win! We don’t even live in Defiance—we live in the Columbus area and Rob has taken care of me and my family’s insurance stuff virtually. I don’t plan on ever changing insurance brokers. These guys are the best!

We love Rose insurance Agency!! Rob has been our insurance agent now for about 4-5 years, and he has been so helpful and professional at all times!
