After graduating from high school, I attended the California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1986. I worked for several architects in San Diego, and obtained my own Architect's License in 1988. I have been doing design, architectural and structural drafting work for residential projects in San Diego for over 20 years.
I have been a licensed California architect for over 20 years, license no. C19660. I am fully insured, and have many excellent references from home owners and construction contractors. I have done everything from large custom homes and large second story additions to small additions and remodels, second dwelling units, guest houses, pool houses, casitas, historic renovation, coastal permits, coastal exemptions, permit violation remedy, and more.

The first step is our meeting. There is no cost to meet, and I show up already having prepared the Zoning Research so that I am able to answer your questions accurately. When we meet and talk about your ideas and desires, I take very good notes as to what you are thinking, and what you would like to accomplish.
After we work together through the Concept Design and Design Development steps, I will prepare complete and thorough construction documents which will be used to obtain your Building Permit, for the Competitive Bid Process, and for construction.
If you are a contractor who needs my services, you will not need competitive bids, but you will still appreciate the quality of my drawings which will help you to build the project right the first time, with a higher level of customer satisfaction. The construction documents shown here give you an example of the quality and completeness of my work.

I just called for a project, and he was very rude and decided not to even bother with asking any questions on our project. This was terrible service, I would not recommend bothering even calling and wasting your time. He basically said: “there are cheap people out there and you sound like one”. This was after not even talking for one minute.

Avoid. Stay Away. Very unprofesssional. Doesn't show up on time for meetings. Work isn't completed on time. We provided him with every necessary detail down to the last square inch to design our project and he failed, failed, failed every step of the way. I wanted to fire him after he brought us the first set of truly awful drafts but my husband talked me out of it. Bob Belanger was a very, very expensive mistake. A complete disaster and a very expensive one at that.
