Mr. Funkhouser is a Co-Founder of LFI, has 36 years of experience, and works closely with LFI staff to assure that our technical expertise and resources are consistently leading-edge. He has experience with RCRA, UST, and Voluntary Cleanup Programs and has worked on projects throughout the United States.
Mr. Linebach is a Co-Founder of LFI, has over 30 years of experience, and provides senior leadership and direction on environmental assessment, compliance, and auditing projects.
His experience covers a variety of areas including: hazardous waste and hazardous materials management, environmental management systems, regulatory compliance, environmental auditing of landfills, waste management operations, and industrial facilities, and assessment of contaminated properties.

Mr. Brooks provides project management, leadership, and direction for environmental assessment and remediation projects. He has over 20 years of experience in assessing and remediating petroleum contaminated soils and groundwater associated with USTs and RCRA facilities in numerous states across the country.
Mr. Linebach assists clients with environmental compliance audits and resolving the findings these audits may reveal.
He assists clients with SARA Title III Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) and Tier II reporting, emergency response planning, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) planning, developing best management practices plans required by stormwater and wastewater permits, Toxic Substances Control Act reporting, hazardous waste compliance and Hazardous Material Regulation DOT training.

Prior to joining LFI, Mr. Altobellis assisted with data management of the state seismic network at the Kentucky Geological Survey (KGS) Hazards Department. He also performed site reconnaissance and permitting for the nation-wide EarthScope / USArray seismology project in Kentucky and Tennessee.
Mr. Altobellis provides field operations pertaining to Phase I environmental site investigations, Phase II contamination remediation projects, acquisition / divestiture property assessments, and regulatory compliance issues.Mr. Altobellis has a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Kentucky.
