Hello, my name is Elyse. My favorite part about being a hygienist is teaching patients how to keep their smiles healthy. I am lifelong learner. When I am not at the office, I take continuing education courses to further develop my dental knowledge. I am married to my husband D.J., and we have a 4 year old son, Andre, who always keeps us busy!

We're located in the Sprouts Farmer's Market shopping plaza at the corner of Matlock Rd & Debbie Lane in Mansfield, TX. Next to us is The Joint and across is the Lifetime Fitness. Because we realize that it might not always be possible to talk on the phone, we can also correspond via text messages and also through Facebook messenger.
In the midst of this uncertain time, I know many of our patients and in our community have lost jobs or even loved ones who were the sole provider for their family. With the little economic assistance available, I know there are many of you or people you know who are struggling financially and are not able to afford your regular dental care or have put on hold the essential care you needed.

Words can not describe the level of amazing positive Energy surrounding you in this office. The staff are amazingly focused and make u feel at home. Dr. DO is down to earth like a long time friend with amazing communication skills Making you feel valued in copious measures. I'm humbled to be part of the Pine Cove Family. I have been very leery and nervous when it comes to dental issues. I have avoided visits. This all due to 4 past nightmare experiences. However, when I walked through the door of Pine Cove Dental there was a sudden calmness all around. All of the techs and receptionist were comforting, kind, caring, that it seemed like I entered a different plane. The one and only reason they got any stars are because of the dental hygienist, they are absolutely amazing at their job, as for everything else... well let's just say no matter how you pay and what you pay be prepared to always have to pay more every visit! Nothing is explained to you until you're already receiving the service it's a really nasty trick! So just keep that in mind if you choose this place!

Finding a dentist ....is not the the easiest thing. There are literally thousands in the city. I took a chance at Pine Cove. I actually had about 4 different appointment calls. I generally judge a company by its front desk staff first and foremost. The front staff was very friendly. I was talked to like an actual human being. Very kind...and very patient. This is before I talked to the the dentist. Whenever I go to the dentist...I get very anxious when getting anything done to my mouth. From the very first visit until the day of my extractions, I tell you they are very professional with their clients. They really take time to explain what they will be doing, what's involved and ensuring that you are comfortable. My visit to Pine Cove Dental was to get my teeth cleaned and examined, and it was absolutely amazing.
I really appreciate the knowledge of Dr. Do and the Hygienist, Elyse. Their knowledge of teeth cleaning and any tooth issue was really impressive and I learned a lot from them. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had.
I really liked when Dr. Do carefully explained some important procedures to address any possible issues. This information was very clear and helpful.
The whole process was new to me and it provided a great deal of information about my teeth

I moved to Mansfield 2 years ago and with not knowing the area and then the pandemic, I’m just getting around to finding a dental office. I decided to book with Pine Cove from all their amazing reviews. I’m not one to leave a review, however, from just my initial phone call I knew they were the right office for me. They verified my insurance before booking, the asked me if I had dental anxiety (which I’ve never been asked before and I thought that was awesome), and they answered all my questions with care.

Dentist very approachable and knowledgeable, husband and I have been patients approximately 3-4 months. During a filling and cleaning, and under nitrous oxide additional work was found to be done during the procedure, (small amount of additional fillings), it was stopped and I was approached by financial manager for signing only financial paperwork and given purse to pay at that particular moment, in the chair an additional $25 for that added service. The action at that particular moment was a surprise to me and I thought definitely could have been handled after the procedure was complete. My experience

I came in for the first time to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous but everyone was so friendly and helpful that it put me at ease. Dr. Do was very kind and took the time to ask me some questions and explain the whole procedure to me before getting started. His assistant helped me to remember to breathe during the procedure so I wouldn't tense up too much. I felt well taken care of by everyone and I would gladly recommend this dental office to anyone!
