On March 3rd, "Bob" from Loan cabin told me: "I was able to lock at the 2.875% You will receive Loan Estimate and disclosures within 3 working days." Today is March 26th and after repeated emails and phone calls, I never received a loan estimate. I even called the main office and requested a new loan officer. No response from the main office, only promises that they would get back to me which they never did.

Gus and his team did what they said they would do. They were able to get myself and my family in their first home before the New Year. I previously was trying to get approved through another lender and wasn’t successful. I searched the net and came across Gustan Cho. Did some research on his business and found nothing but great reviews! The key… thing with what they can do is no lender overlays. I decided to give them a chance. I am sure glad I did. Gus and his team made this new loan a breeze. I thought that I would have some work to get this mortgage, but Gus was there for me and made it all work smoothly. MUCH more smoothly than expected.
