We Purchased a 4'x8' sign and placed it at eye level on the side of the street. Our sales went through the roof our occupancy rate went from 65% to 97%.
We filled our vacant units within a few short months. We get email updates monthly with new content to add creative marketing strategies. The possibilities are endless. We get compliments and "Hey I Just Read Your Sign can You Tell Me More About Your Specials" all the time. If you're on the fence and need to increase traffic flow and sales I can't recommend it enough.

Watchfire Signs is a great company to work with and we have had one of their signs for about a year now. We did a non-typical installation, so communication with the sign took custom access to work with our network, which Watchfire tech support quickly provided the necessary access to configure our custom settings (IP address mainly). With zero training on the Ignite software, I was able to create a basic set of screens in about 10 minutes and push them to the sign with no issues (meaning it was intuitive to me). We pushed for a 10 year warranty on the sign and our supplier said this was no issue

We purchased an electronic sign for the front of our church. The installation went very well and the training was exceptional. The trainer (from the company) worked with us live via Internet and also explained the marvelous tutorials. For our church, this was a big investment and worth every penny. It has been a great way to keep our community encouraged during the pandemic. Also, we’ve never had the sign to malfunction. It’s been terrific! FYI: We used the old frame from our original sign. A photo of the original sign is below.

Our digital signage has allowed us to engage the neighborhood and congregation in wonderful new ways. Upcoming events, special services, enrollments and meetings can be shared in a flash (pun intended). Especially useful is the ability to schedule messages for specific times and dates. This enables us to queue messages up for future events and eliminates the last second rush to get the information posted. The library of Easy Art makes it simple to produce eye-catching messages in a short amount of time. We're a big fan!

We purchased our first outdoor digital display and our sign company said Watchfire is the best, so that's what we went with. They have been great! The product was delivered on schedule and looks great! I don't need it often, but their support team is always responsive if I have a question (usually operator error questions). I would highly recommend!

We have been using Watchfire Signs at Plum Creek Farm Market & Creamery for 1.5 years now, and overall I am very satisfied. The road sign has helped promote our products a great deal, and the software is easy to figure out. I'll note however that I haven't used the software nearly to it's full extent. (I upload my own content, so I primarily just use Watchfire to create programs and schedule them to the sign.) The only negative from my experience so far is there are a few shortcuts that could be added to make creating programs much faster. Looking forward to continue using Watchfire to advertise

The Watchfire sign is great. The installation went smoothly and the inservice went well. It is not hard to program new screens on the sign. I wish I just had a little more time but I have put up many individualized screens. People do comment on the posts. It was a great investment and I would highly recommend it.

I had a computer crash at my automotive repair shop. After i installed my sign software i had an issue communicating with my sign. After several phone calls to watchfire support and an attempt at replacing an ethernet_usb adaptor at their request, still no communucation. They decided to replace the antenna under warranty at no charge, not knowing for sure if it was the cause. They drop shipped an antenna to me, and then showed up a week later to install it. My sign did end up working again after they changed the configuration settings. The tech wasnt sure if the antenna was bad or not. Anyways
