Jackson Green Carpet Cleaning was really something that started just based off of listening to what people were looking for. Working in a completely unrelated industry, our founder had a lot of contact with people who were looking for a carpet cleaning service. This is where he realized that many of the carpet cleaning companies of the time were unreliable, and sometimes wouldn't even pick up the phone to talk to potential clients.
Figuring that there was a market and a need for proper carpet cleaning he decided to start his own business. From day one the focus has been on customer interactions and service! All of this happened over 20 years ago! We are happy to say that to this day our relationship with our customers is still the driving force of this company.

Keeping your carpets clean should not have to be a hassle on you or your family. Many people won't let their kids in and around certain parts of the house. Over the fear that they may spill something that is going to leave a stain. If they don't let their kids in, what can you hope for their pets! If you are one of those people, we get it.
Having pets in the house is awesome. It is really the best way to continually interact with them and actually make them part of the family. The problem with letting your pets roam freely around the house is that at one point or another they are going to have an accident on your carpets or rugs. If you don't do something about it quickly, a stain is going to form and you are not going to be able to handle the smell!
In some of the other pages on the site, we have talked about how our steam cleaning procedure involves penetrating deep into your carpet. This is what allows us to remove stains rather easily, it is also what is going to give you a longer-lasting positive effect overall. Since with these procedures, we are going to be removing allergens, as we are removing dust, and pollen particles.
Spilling your drinks on the carpet or having your dogs and cats use it as a bathroom are just things that happen. Of course, ideally, you are not looking to have this happen often.
