Marcia was extremely responsive to my "request for quote". She provided a complete quote and identified opportunities to reduce redundant coverages - at a cost savings. Also provided us the chance to expand coverage in select areas for minimal additional expense. She was very knowledgeable and respond to all questions completely and quickly. We are pretty choosey in the type of individuals with whom we do business.

My husband and I had been with the same insurance company for decades. We had no agent and dealing with an 800 customer service number was less than ideal when it came to reviewing our needs or making claims. If course I shopped around and they provided the best price, coverage with reputable insurance companies. I felt well taken care of which will be important should I need them in the future on claims. I also saw there huge billboard in Blue Ridge abd nice office there. They obviously are doing things right!

They are very timely on their quotes and responses via email/phones and super competitive pricing. We purchased an RV policy from them and they looked at several different companies out there and gave us a Policy that actually gave us better coverage and cost alot less than what we had through our previous policy through Good Sams. Much more personable service through Kevin Panter Insurance. Thank you
