We used HPM for a year +, over two summer seasons and one long term tenant rental during the offseason for our beautiful lake home. During this time, there were many issues. The first half of our time with them was plagued by poor bookkeeping staff, which resulted in months of the HPM owners having to go back and redoing the books - which made us as home owners feel as if the rug got pulled under from us. All of a sudden we were now being charged for things that were from months before and took from February to April to sort out. Additionally, they use multiple software platforms for reservations

HPM has provided a wonderful experience for us as tenants for the past 3 years. They were always very prompt responding to any requests or maintenance issues we had. Their communication with us has always been friendly and helpful. All the folks at HPM have been professional, dependable and considerate of our little family. We will be sorry to lose them as our apartment changes ownership!

This place should be called dishonest property management! This place should be shut down they should be ashamed of themselves charging over $1,000 a month for a studio apartment. It is companies like this that is causing a rising rent in the whole community and no one will be able to even afford a simple studio apartment because of companies like this company here honest property management is anything but honest they should be called dishonest property management!!!
