I contacted this office, which I have been a customer of since 2018 (2 Vehicles insured), and asked about the daily rate of my policy. I ended the policy on 3/19/2021. I was working with Mary, and she became upset because I wanted to know the daily rate, and make sure the end billing was accurate. She stated, well since you don't owe anything and we don't owe you anything what does it matter. Now, my issues was not whether I owed anything or whether they owed me anything, it was just the logistics of the policy that I was looking for.
