We used Mike for an office event where he picked up our team of 15 in a stretch 2019 Escalade. They were recommended by a friend. We were super pleased with the work. Mike communicated well and was timely in pick up and drop off. The Escalade was fun and accommodated us well. I did not really shop around, but rates seemed reasonable for such a nice BIG vehicle.

Our late to organize Prom group got lucky with a last minute limo rental from AAA Limousine. It was a stretch white infiniti limo that could accommodate up to 20 (so fun for the kids!). Mike always answered the phone and was quick to help me get things booked. He showed up on time, exactly where we needed him to be, and took good care of our prom group.

They will change prices on you and tell you not to call back if you ask to speak to manager.
When I originally called I was quoted 350/3hrs. When I called back one day later he stated that the cost was 600/3hrs!!!!! WHAT?!?!?!?! SCAM

No stars...Be AWARE! DO NOT USE!! Still no ac. We were charged twice. The funeral home paid 1 week early and when they arrived to pick us up they asked for a credit card and threatened to leave if we didnt give them one. We were quoted $85 per hour for 4 hours but was charged $840 (twice). The funeral home will NEVER allow any of their families to use them again. Lesson learn. .....read yelp reviews 1st!!!

This is the WORST Limo service I have EVER Used. Our Drivers name was AJ. He arrived 1 1/2 hours late and blamed us for not letting him know that the house was down a curvy road. However we didn't even know this because we were staying at a rental home so it was new to us as well. Regardless he could get down it but he was a HORRIBLE DRIVER. It took him over an hour to drive into town that is typically a 25-30 minute drive. We missed our dinner reservation but stopped at the restaurant to see if they would still serve us dinner. We ordered a Cadillac XTS to pick us up after our wedding, but we had a Black Suburban instead. It didn't really bother us at all because it was still very nice! We had Eddie as a driver and he had great customer service. He asked if we needed to pull over to allow my husband to take off his jacket. He also made sure we were cooled down with the A/C and offered us water during the drive.

On 5/21/2013, I was rear-ended by one of their drivers on 360 during rush hour traffic. No injuries, just body damage to my vehicle.
I have since learned that they are being uncooperative with the claims adjuster representing their own insurance carrier, even hanging up on them and refusing to discuss the claim.
After reading the other reviews, I see that this company does not have the best interests of ANYONE at heart, just their own pocketbooks.
Stay FAR away from this company. They are an embarrassment to the Austin business community.

The WORST customer service I have ever encountered is with this company. I reserved and paid for the limo party (holds 26 people) and 15 min. before pick up received a call that the bus was out of service. Seriously, just 15 min before pick up time. So, talk to the driver, whom had no idea what to do or ideas on how to make arrangements. The owner or guy that works from the office calls me with major bad attitude, says that he will send 2 limos in place of the party bus, at even swap no price change!! This limousine company is awful! The owner Mike is so unprofessional. We rented a limo for my sisters quinceañera and it turned out he booked us the wrong limo. He was unprofessional from the start, when we went in he was watching a movie in his office and had this uncarrying attitude towards us. Unfortunately, we went ahead and signed the contract and just a week before the party he called us and told us the transmission on the Infinity limousine was not working. Their limos have no A/C the owner is shady I rented the limo for my parents 25th anniversary it should of been the white 2012 300c instead they send me a Hummer .the reason i had chosen the 300c was to accommodate my 90+year old grandmother. Horrible experience for all my family. They were late and did not even had the courtesy to call me and say that they were going to send me the other limo. Owner promise me to call back he never did.

I am currently looking for transportation for my wedding for later this year. I contacted this company since I see them on my way to work. They emailed right back with prices. I noticed that their email wording had a few typos and thought, eh, easy mistake. I emailed them with a few questions. They only answered one question- with the answer in half all-caps, half lower case, no punctuation, and nothing else. I emailed back asking about the other questions. And I never heard back.

Please keep in mind that this review is for services rendered over two years ago. My now husband rented a limo on the day he proposed. The job: take us to downtown Austin and back from Round Rock. The positives are that they were on time and we arrived safely to our destination. They were also on time for the pick-up and we arrived in Round Rock as scheduled.
Here is the negative: The limo was rented on July 5, the middle of the summer and their A/C was out in the back where all the passengers ride. We asked repeatedly for the A/C to be put on. Because the driver's air was blasting

For some reason it seems like there are a lot of negative reviews of Limos companies. We hired these guys for our wedding and were really pleased. They were very prompt, arriving a good 15 minutes before we expected the, Our driver (Anthony, I believe) was very courteous and held doors and even took a few photos of our wedding party prior to getting in the car. I took one star off because the women at the office called a couple hours before they arrived saying she didn't get my email about our final destination. We were having a DYI wedding which meant I was at Central Market that morning
