Nick Spangler grew up in Washington, D.C. When he was six years old, his mom and dad took their family to Chincoteague for a weekend.

Nick Spangler is a super builder. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Nick built a house for us on Sunrise Shore. The roof is thick gage metal and required precision cutting of sections to fit the many angles of the gables. His crew worked carefully to make the roof gale-proof and water-tight. In 4-1/2 years not a single leak and undamaged from winds exceeding 100 mph.
