I have been calling and leaving voice mail every 30 minutes but there has been no response at all. I had a 10am appointment that YOU set but no one has arrived. NO ONE HAS CALLED TO CONFIRM OR REPORT THAT THEY ARE RUNNING LATE. NO ONE HAS EVEN HAD THE PROFESSIONALISM TO ADMIT THEY FORGOT THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT. NO ONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO RESCHEDULE. NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED. NO ONE WILL EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY VOICE MAIL. I also left messages using the app. I haven't received acknowledgement from that either. If i could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They have had us on hold for a MONTH with no AC

They always f/u and have someone available within a few hours each time I've called. We were helped by Jesus and of course you expect to pay a pretty penny when it comes to AC repairs but he is so helpful with answering questions, advice and tips to keep things running it made the process a lot easier. Unlike the other two companies I tried prior who were going to charge me double for what he did today. Thanks!

If we could put NO STARS we would. Five Star Air Conditioning and Heating SUCKS. Apparently they are a one man operation and cannot handle the amount of work offered to them by American Home Shield. This guy "JESUS" is the owner of the company and has two helpers riding with him. He takes forever to get out to your house and apparently doesn't know how to use a phone to tell you he is running late. He said he would email me a quote on ADDITIONAL work not covered by American Home Shield and two days later still waiting on the quote. On day 8 still with no AC he had said he was

If I can put no stars I would, we've had an issue with our AC since the 24th and we got this company to come come out and get it looked at and fixed ( this was not a personal pick) they scheduled someone to come out on that Thursday the 25th and they gave us a 8-10 window. Without any notice they were running late we called and asked "where are you?" And they told us they tech would be here in 15 min. No apology for being late whatsoever. Then he gets here and says it's some part, tells us to give it a few hours and they'll call us back. Hours went by still nothing. We
