Hi! I'm Dr. Courtney Durrum & this is my family. We are located just north of downtown Mt. Pleasant, Texas. This is my hometown. I was born & raised here as Courtney Bynum. I opened for business in 2000 as Bynum Chiropractic Clinic, but since marrying my sweetheart, Bubba Durrum in 2010, we have changed the clinic name to Durrum Chiropractic Clinic.

Here at Durrum Chiropractic Clinic we emphasize improving your health by removing nerve interference and restoring your body's God-given ability to heal itself. I am a wife to the love of my life, Bubba Durrum, a mother of three beautiful children, Matthew, Rita, and Dalton, and I am a Doctor of Chiropractic. I have been honored to serve my hometown community of Mt. Pleasant and the surrounding area since 2000. I am a 1994 honor graduate of MPHS, attended NTCC for two years of undergraduate studies, and a 1999 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at Durrum Chiropractic Clinic our aim is to remove any stress or causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.

Very thorough with their introduction to the clinic and explanations offered on the therapy provided. They offer EvexiPEL hormone therapy which offer a great benefit for their male patients. Their follow through following the appointment is everything one would expect. Their nurse practitioner, Virginia Missildine, is excellent.

Very nice staff. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. They gave me a tour of the building even though I wasn’t seeing the chiropractor. However, I was seeing the FNP. She was amazing. She took her time during my appointment and went over all of my medical history in depth with me. I would highly recommend this Durrum Chiropractic & renewed health clinic to anyone who is needing hormone replacement therapy or a body adjustment.

Amazing Staff! They gave me the grand tour of the place and explained every step of the process with me as a new patient! How ever I wish the $49 new patient deal included an adjustment!! But go back in a few days for my assessment and will get an adjustment then!! Can’t wait to work with them and get back to how I’m suppose to feel!!
