Horrible company Tom O'Brian is a piece of work telling me they follow the rules, but listed my house against a court order it is written in black and white ex-husband and I had to agree on a real estate agent there was no agreement between us to list with this company and they did it anyways. Not professional people who work here Karla Gilbertson is also, unprofessional and no one there cares it is against the court order. *EDIT* He didn't ask for paperwork he said he would talk to his agent and my ex and call me back he did not call back until I left a message then he called me and said he would

Complete fraud artists. They sold me a property and their seller got cold feet and then lied and tried to say that someone was impersonating them and trying to get me to wire money into their account. Good thing I went through escrow. These people are 100% scammers. I’m going to file a complaint with the attorney general and the BBB and also a separate civil lawsuit. STAY far away from Tom and Rich. Look at the photos below so you know I didn’t make this up!!
