If there are small indications of excess moisture upon a wall we can get in-wall samples to conclude if there is an issue beneath the surface. Distinct species of fungus are not easily airborne unless disturbed; this prompts the feared toxic black mold stachybotrys. Identifying the species is vital in determining whether or not the situation could be handled by yourself or if there's a need to reach out for an expert's intervention.
We will take images throughout our inspection and integrate them into our document, illustrating the issues that we may find with the property in question, and providing you with a comprehensive overview of its condition. Our reports are easy to digest and understand, and are broken into individual sections, such as Interior, Heating and Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof, and so on.
He answered the call first ring, was able to come inspect the house that evening and he was 15 minutes early. Very informative and communicated well. Jonathan was recommended to me by my real estate agent and he did not disappoint. He prepared a very detailed report, but that's not what sets Jonathan apart from other inspection service providers. It's the time he spent with me going over the report and fully explaining all of the issues and their relevance. I asked alot of questions, and he patiently answered every one.

Jonathan was able to schedule my home inspection within days of my request. His reports arrived the same day of inspection. They were detailed and pictures were added pointing out the areas inspected and where potential problems/problem areas which needed to be addressed.
Jonathan also phoned me to let me know he'd had trouble accessing a system he needed to inspect. He let me know he'd contacted the agent and would be returning to do the inspection. I appreciate the open communication and effort he demonstrated to keep me informed and to complete the job even though the delay was not his fault

We hired Jonathan Dooley to inspect a property that we were going to purchase. I have bought many properties however this was my first time using Dooley Home Inspection. And I am glad that I did. Jonathan did a great job. The report well worth the money as it allowed me to have information so that I knew what i was buying.
