Do not ever use Alex Waisman as your realtor. I am a tenant and he has been trying to sell my landlords home for over 6 months. on several occasions he has belittled me, got nasty with and told me I am a nothing "I don't mean anything" his exact words. He sends other realtors to the home to show it with no notice and he has on several occasions not given me 24 hrs notice and when ever I am unable to accommodate his requests he has become very Nasty And mean. I do not deserve to be spoken to the way he has spoken to me on several occasions more than I can count. He is very rude and
