The team at AWG did a great job coordinating transportation for a dinner event in Vegas. There were a few updates we made to our reservation and they were very patient and informative when explaining all of our options. Our driver did an outstanding job communicating with us at the event and was very friendly.
Although AWG Ambassador is headquartered in Nevada, our Las Vegas prearranged transportation reaches much further through our esteemed affiliates. We have developed a wide network of partners during our 40 years of business and we trust them to provide the same standard of service our clients expect from AWG Ambassador.

We visited Vegas and wanted to have our kids picked up from the airport in a limousine. Apparently when you call a limo company you have to request a limo. I paid $140 for a van that is the same kind our hotel offered FOR FREE! I called after our ride, as the driver said he couldn't do anything but could leave, which would have left me and 4 kids plus my Mom stranded at the airport as I didn't have time to arrange another ride. We had no choice and took it. When I called and let them know they gave me $25 and told me I didn't ask for one in the call. When I reminded them they didn't confirm with

Left us to carry our own bags and wait 20 min in heat. Unacceptable. Driver didn’t even apologize. This is not service Wynn usually provides. Disappointing!
WOW! Called after we posted this review offered us refund which they DID NOT give. But the real bonus is they were scheduled by Wynn to take us to airport and were late 15 minutes AGAIN!!!! Stressful way to head home! Use a different service Wynn! Really puts a damper on the first class experience!

We had an exceptional experience with Mitch at AWG. We took our son and several friends to Vegas for his 21st birthday. After dropping us off at our hotel, my son realized he didn't have his wallet. We called the company. They got ahold of Mitch. He pulled over and found it and immediately called me.
He kept in touch with me until he could get there. I never imagined we would ever get it back. He was truly an amazing man and saved the day...actually the entire trip. I can't thank him enough. Thanks so much Mitch! We will certainly call you the next time we are in Vegas.

7 (3 moms & 4 teen girls) rode sprinter (large, clean luxury van - Mercedes) to and from Ceasars Palace to airport, under $10 total difference in price from shuttle. Great employees, drivers at baggage claim & call before hotel pick-up, company verifies registration, all professional & efficient, recommend highly for a smooth trip!

Called AWG Ambassador after calling several other companies. I had 7 people in my group going to the airport. No ubers or limousine companies could or would pick us up at 4am. Our AWG driver showed up early he was friendly and pleasant person. Me made the end of our trip easy. I would definitely recommend AWG to anyone.
