So I'm sure these people are great florist and I ordered from them from their great reviews. But buyer beware, they subcontracted out my order to a company that was the reason I ordered from them to begin with. This meant that my wife's valentine surprise was ruined again this year by the florist that I left to go to this florist. Not only was the surprise ruined but between the two company owners they could do no better than delivering the flowers over an hour after my daughters at the same address. Just make sure they are the ones fulfilling the order so you can benefit from the great reviews

We were referred to Burleson Florist by a friend. We entrusted to them, the flower arrangements made for our Mother's funeral. Their selection of flowers exceeded our expectations! The company was able to get an order that I placed at 8:52 am delivered by 1:30pm. The flowers were beautiful but the balloons were supposed to say congratulations. It was a surprise for passing the state’s Bar exam. The balloons said good luck and thinking of you. Not quite the message I intended to send but she loved the flowers. 🤷🏽♀️

I ordered some flowers online at this location in Pasadena today at 10:30am (08/07/2020). I figured they would arrive sooner given how close it is to the delivery address but it turns out they are coming from The Beehive Florist in Baytown. The website has no mention of this switch. I found out when I received an email from The Beehive, aside from Burleson’s earlier email that also confirmed my order at 11:25am. By the way there’s no time frame on when you can expect the flowers to be delivered provided in the email or online. It is now 2:50pm. and I called the Beehive to find out the status

Burleson handled my Wedding flowers, and my expectations were exceeded. The flowers were beautiful, and Kelly was so easy to work with from start to finish! She gave great recommendations, stayed in my budget, listened to what I wanted, and was joyful in the process of doing so. I had several special requests, and they were all met beautifully.

I would like to recognize Burleson Forist for the more than exceptional service they provided for me. I went in just looking for anniversary flowers but was unsure of what I wanted. Pam and Kelly went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect arrangement for my wife. They were patient and very knowledgeable of what was in season and what would work with what I was looking for. They were also able to match the main flower and vase in my wife's favorite color which gave the arrangement a more personal touch. She loved them and received nothing but praise from her coworkers. Excellent service. Superior quality everything. I will never buy my flowers from Kroger's again lol. The staff is incredibly friendly too and so helpful.
