I cannot say enough GREAT things about Allie and the whole staff at Home Care Book.
During the most difficult time my family has gone through taking care of my father, they have gone above and beyond to help accommodate every need and request that we have ever asked of them.
Through their service they have provided the most wonderful caretakers for us who feel like they are a part of our family now.
We are so thankful to have found them and without a doubt highly recommend them to anyone that needs the service.

I used the services for my dad and mom. My mom complained HomeCare Book would send new Caregivers every week. They were not suitable for what Our family needed. I COMPLAINED TO hr and owner they didn't do anything about our needs. My father didn't like the ethic Caregivers. He complained what happened to the caregivers that were more like us. Its the truth they rather have stable Caregivers that are familiar with our lifestyles. The Caregivers are always on their phones and rude.

We were very grateful to find Home Care Book when we had an immediate need, from the first week my father was discharged from the hospital and as he's improved. The company is professional and respectful, and the caregivers are very helpful, eager to please, polite and friendly. We are able to customize our schedule as needed and we are only charged for the hours the caregiver is with us, which is also very reasonable. My family and I highly recommend Home Care Book.

My father and step-mother have been under the care of Home Care Book and a separate hospice service group for around a year now. I have been very pleased with the support the Home Care Book team has given and particularly one of the caregivers named Maxine. She has gone over and above what I would expect and has been a great resource for me. I live near Chicago, so communication is very important to me and this team has made me feel comfortable is knowing that my Dad is receiving good care.

Living out of State, Home Care Book has been an absolute God-send, providing in-home care part-time to my mother. After a sudden fall and resulting hip replacement, my mom needed care in order to remain safe and cared-for in her home. Home Care Book was on board in 24-hours, and was flexible to easily provide the exact care my mother needed. They were there for her during her recovery, and now provide excellent support to her one day each week. She looks forward to the visit from the care-giver, and has had only great experiences with the care givers sent from Home Care Book. I appreciate that

We hired Home Care Book, which we needed when my mother was in rehab at The Legacy of Preston Hollow. While The Legacy was great, the aides working for Home Care Book really helped so much to put my mother, me, and our extended family at ease by being there when the staff could not be. The aides were kind and attentive, and did what they could to keep my mom calm and provide her with whatever she needed - first for 24 hours per day, and then just for overnight.
My mother moved back to her regular residence where she already has aide service when needed right on the premises. But, if we ever need
