My career started in traditional Customer Insights. Much like UX research and design improves a user's digital experience, our ultimate goal was to improve our understanding of client behavior to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Across my various positions in Paris and New York I gained experience in industries related to banking, transportation, consumer goods and beauty which then brought me to work in the Luxury Industry for Chanel for several years.When my twins came in the picture I decided to care for them full time.

I will reach out with a first "in progress" version of your website to review architecture, layout and color choices. After receiving your feedback, I will finalize the website and polish up the last details.
