I came to Classic Sign because I like to support local business's. I was celebrating my best friend's 50th birthday and for this years girls trip we went to Nashville. I did a 50 and fabulous and 50 party crew shirts. Shirts came out fine, however had a late addition to the group and had 8 days to get another shirt screened. I was told the shirt had to be ordered but would be delivered within a day or two. So feeling confident I prepaid for the shirt. 7 days went by without a word so I finally called to check the status. I was told the shirt they ordered never came in, however no one bothered to

Go talk to Steve and his team if you’re looking for COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. When you meet Steve, you’ll realize the size of the stick he has shoved up his a**.
They are going to cost me thousands of dollars after clearly missing the mark on what they KNOW should have been done right.
I picked up my project the day before revealing it at a show but it’s too embarrassing to present. Steve didn’t offer to make it right and you should definitely take your business elsewhere!!

I recently ordered some merchandise for my niece because this was her year to Graduate and of course with everything going on there will no longer be a Graduation, so I wanted to surprise her with some yard signs and t-shirts...I was very please and how prompt and Awesome everything looked, not to mention it was very affordable. I've been a customer of this company from it's beginning. I've always experienced great customer service and quality work. Last weekend I needed a large banner fast for a show I was attending. I called them on Friday at 3:45 and I had my banner by 4:30. Are you kidding me?! I would recommend this company all day. Thanks Michelle, thanks Bill.

Shirt Printing: They have printed multiple orders for me of various designs. The Fabric Printer they use is fantastic. The ink is not heavy, so the shirts are more comfortable. The quality is better than what I've gotten through screen printing. Plus, they are more than happy to work with me on design, color selection, and placement of the print. I have stopped using screen printers. I could not be happier!
Promotional banners: Excellent service. They helped me find the right background color. The Banners look great, and are durable. Exactly what I wanted.
They are responsive and on time.

We recently purchased an electronic sign for in our marque and we love it! Classic Signs took out and and hauled away our old one and installed the new one plus came back and fixed other burnt out lights inside the marque.
