My house was built 15 years ago, and my upstairs air conditioning stopped working last week. I called a DIFFERENT HVAC company and they sent out a kid who smirked while he charged me over $700 to put 2 lbs of refrigerant into the system. We both knew he was taking advantage of me, and we both knew there was nothing I could do about it...it was over 85 degrees and we needed A/C. After 2 days the A/C stopped working again so they sent out another guy who said all the refrigerant had leaked out and I needed to buy a whole new system. Manuel is the best! We've relied on him for years and have never been disappointed. He services our home and rental HVAC equipment- he's tHorough, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. If it needs repairing, he repairs it right the first time and if it needs replacement, he's fair, efficient and reasonably priced. He's even talked me through simple problems on the phone! Very disappointed! I recently had Manny up to my house to repair a squealing noise coming from my furnace. He spent one hour at my house and did a small amount of cleaning, commenting the furnace was already reasonably clean. He spent very little time servicing the furnace - waited for furnace to start up, a couple of short phone calls, and chit chat. He recommended I replace the two motors while still under warranty (his install would run me $1200). I called the Carrier Furnace man I purchased the unit from and he was incredulous. Manny at All Phase is our go-to for all HVAC issues. Gets the job done properly and sticks to his estimate which is typically below the prices stated by the other guys. He's quick to communicate and flexible with time. Pretty much everything you want but rarely find.
