Cricket tree service removed a very large red oak from my back yard. They showed up on time. Took our fence down in order to get the huge crane into the backyard taking care to do as little damage as possible to the grass and yard. They then ground the stump down so that we can't even tell that a tree was there. Afterwards they cleaned up the area and raked it so you can hardly tell that they were here. Then they put the fence back. Amazing.
They also trimmed up some limbs from the oak trees that had branches hanging over our outside studio and removed two other oak trees from the front yard

Cricket team showed on time on the scheduled day, which was the day after tropical storm Fred! They took 1/2 hour to get setup with the crane and their gear, and then they had over 5 trees down before noon! They came back after lunch to finish a large tree in our backyard that had to be cut down limb at a time due to the proximity to our pool and the neighbors fence! All done without incident! The crew was professional and thorough! They even trimmed a couple branches on a tree that was not part of the project. There were mounds of branches and trunks piled in both our yard and the neighbors yard

I had about 4 quotes and they were the least expensive. Dale met with me and we went over everything. Clean up was great. You couldn't even hardly tell they were there. They even blew the roof and driveway off and used plywood to protect my driveway. Highly recommended.

Very polite, very professional, and incredibly speedy. This crew of 5 dropped a huge shumard oak tree, cut it up and cleaned up and even trimmed a nearby stump just because it needed to be done and did it all start to finish in just over an hour. These are the guys to call for tree services.

Wow! Cricket is awesome. They did amazing work for a very fair price. We had some challenging circumstances, with trees that were difficult to get to, and some that were difficult to remove out of the yard; they were completely up to the challenge. They took a tree off of our roof, so promptly after the last hurricane, and recently spent 2 days removing quite a few threatening ones, and as well as some landscape redesigns. Hopefully we won't need their services for a while, but I keep their number on my cell phone just in case. Thank you Cricket!

I'll start with the end (to date) of my story first. Yesterday I told my husband to send Laura (Cricket receptionist, I guess), an email letting her know that he will send a portion of our final payment and told him to apologize to her for any confusion which he did. It was a kind of test to see if they'd apologize for THEIR misunderstanding, NOT ours and they did not. They blamed the entire thing on my disabled husband when, in fact, it was THEIR employee who misunderstood. They say they 'pride themselves for customer satisfaction' when apparently they've never heard

Cricket's Tree Service did an excellent job removing our massive Oak tree. After many quotes Crickets came in the best (but only $100 less than Miller's who also came highly recommended) and they sure did deliver. This tree was a huge liability to our house and our neighbors home and was estimated to be at least 50+ years old. Crickets came out with a bucket truck for pruning and then later that week with their crane. They somehow managed to fit all of this down my TINY drive way and into my tiny backyard and not beak anything. They removed my neighbors fence and put it back just as new

I recently had an emergency job consisting of a large tree above my house with a branch that was going to break off very soon. It had a visible crack. I called Crickets and they came out on an emergency basis and took care of the problem that day. That night a storm came and I believe had Crickets not responded so quickly, that large branch would have been through my roof. The crew worked hard and cleaned up well. I have used Crickets several times and have confidence in their work.
