Timi Tucker founded the Melbourne family law firm in 2004. One of her greatest strengths is providing aggressive, knowledgeable representation, while paying close attention to the unique facts surrounding your case. Mrs. Tucker has an outstanding track record with 27 years' experience. She is primarily focused on representing clients in divorce, dependency, injunctions, and family law matters.
With a passion for protecting his clients' rights, Keith A. Mitnik has a decade of experience defending clients charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes. Prior to Criminal Litigation, Mr. Mitnik served as a legislative aide for the U. S. House of Representatives. Mr. Mitnik joined the firm of Tucker Mitnik, PA, in 2007, and works closely with Timi Tucker in both family and criminal law matters.
Terri is a graduate of Brevard Christian School. Today she is the Chief Legal Assistant and Office Manager in charge of client relations. She is involved in every case. She coordinates the client's availability with the Court's availability. She communicates with most judicial assistants on a daily basis.

Ms Tucker is absolutely the very best you could hope for in an attorney. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Always answers in a timely manner and will get the job done. I would like to start out by saying that there are a lot of attorneys with five star ratings but they are not five star attorneys. Timi is a five-star attorney. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Her office is a reflection of her. Terry that runs the office is so kind and totally on top of her job. They are always there for you. My mom's case was so difficult and involved, that it required someone with superior skills to comprehend it. The mounds of paperwork involved in this case would have scared away a lot of attorneys. But not Timi. She is a Class Act, all the while being completely tenacious

Timi worked with us for 3 years helping us to protect our grandson from abuse. She was always there for us calling in the middle of the night to check on him and to reassure me. I was skeptical about all the positive reviews on Google but not anymore. Timi is a professional. Punctual and a proven winner. She handled my case with professionalism and ease. She should change her middle name to victory. I find sometimes reviews can be misleading but in this case I will testify (no pun intended) that Timi's reviews are 100 percent accurate.
