Bolton's Pharmacy, Inc, located on West Main Street in Watertown, NY has been serving the pharmacy needs of the area since 1895. As a locally-owned, independent pharmacy, Bolton's keeps up with larger competitors by offering wide-ranging services to customers of every shape, size and species. A week or so prior to your maintenance prescriptions being refilled, you will receive a call from our pharmacy confirming which prescriptions are needed to be filled. We will contact your prescriber for refills and work with insurance companies to eliminate problems. We will ensure that you are taking the correct medications each month by checking with you and physician.
While many durable medical equipment items are covered by your insurance, many are not. We offer a wide variety of medical equipment for purchase and will work with you to find the product that is right for you. We have a wide selection of medical equipment available for rental, whether it is for short-term or long-term use, let us know how we can help you.
Blister packaging is a process in which prescriptions are heat sealed between cardboard backing and a plastic bubble sheet. Each card is packaged unit dosed, so there is only one medication per card. Cards are paged on a 30 day cycle and may be individualized per specific patient needs. There may be more than 1 tablet per bubble if the patient is supposed to take 2 tablets at a given hour of administration.

They really do care about their patrons. I went in for a covid vaccine and I have severe needle anxiety. I have panic attacks, I almost always faint, it’s not a fun time. However, the staff did their best to accommodate my needs and make the process easier for me. They had a reclining chair so I could lie down, they were super friendly and patient with me, and no one was rude or condescending over my fear like other places I’ve been. One staff member sat with me for probably half an hour afterwards until I was able to stand up without passing out. I’m terrible with names, but I believe it

I have been dealing with comic and game shops for 18 years. And though most of my experiences have been positive. I have also learned to settle. But not at Boltons. The service is a step above any of my previous experiences. I have switched all my game collecting both board and Rpg to here. The prices are fair and always lower then Amazon.

I've been using Bolton's for years and can't imagine switching. The staff at Bolton's are always friendly with great service...One person in particular always goes above and beyond for me. Melissa, if you read this, you don't know how much I appreciate all the hard work you do for me! Most of the time she'll have my prescriptions all filled before I even call. Makes my stressful situation a little easier to deal with. Not sure if she'll even see this but just want to say thank you to Bolton's staff and her especially.

Quick, friendly, and fast service. They go above and beyond for their customers. They do so much more for their customers beyond prescription drugs. They also provide adherence packaging and have Medela double electric breast pumps that I was able to receive on my insurance, along with the necessary supplies.

Called this am, spoke with a woman trying to find flavoring for my dogs medicine, he was given the medicine yesterday after having oral surgery from his vet. He is unable to eat yet due to the pain, one of the meds is for pain. The woman checked said we could purchase the flavoring, told me we could come get it. My husband went right down and the… man who was at the window was rude and would not sell him the flavoring. This is not the first time we have been treated rudely in this pharmacy, while it may be a hometown feel and a small pharmacy, they sure as hell do not have the small pharmacy
