Meet the experienced and friendly doctors who make Riverview Vision the leading provider of vision care products and services in Lake Havasu City and Kingman. All two offices offer a complete range of eye care services including eye exams, vision testing for glasses and contacts. Dr. Rhett Burgener was raised in Houston, Texas.
Design, material and treatments are the three components that make up a pair of prescription lenses. It is very important to select the right combination of these for each persons individual visual needs and to consult with your eye care professional before ordering. The knowledgeable staff at Riverview Vision Center will consider long-term wearing comfort, style, features and function when suggesting a new pair of eyeglasses.
These lenses are comfortable to wear and must be replaced monthly, weekly or daily depending on the type you choose. Soft lenses are often recommended for sports because they fit closer to the eye and are more difficult to dislodge. They can provide correction for most prescriptions including astigmatism.

Do your self a favor and try to find a more reliable provider of Quality Eye Care.
People were nice, but managements ability or wiliness to have any kind of desecration is extremely poor when it comes to warranty work. Been going there for 4 years, but myself and several friends and family will be looking else ware in the future for quality eye care. Also, will use social media, FB. Google, etc. to share this experience.

Horrible experience to the point I asked for my money back and they said a 50% restocking fee. At the 1.200 dollars I spent ,that is 600 dollars free to doctor Evans and his colleagues. My name is Nelldeen Evans and I am going to Better Business Bureau and encourage everyone to do the same if they have issues with this establishment it's very easy and they respond promptly. Ashley was the most rude disrespectful person I have ever experienced and her manager is protecting her. I think both job's should be terminated and nice people hired. They never offer the color of lenses they are real scandalous

I was disappointed that they do NOT wear masks during a pandemic, especially as a medical/eye practice. Very unsafe and unsanitary. The workers aren’t very attentive, distracted on their phones and mostly unprofessional. It’s a shame since I have been going here for over 10 years and expected more out of my yearly experience.

I am new to the area and establishing my doctors in the area. I had taken care of family doctor and dentist. I came to Riverview because of recommendations and proximity to my house. After reading a couple of the reviews on here, I was worried that I made a bad choice,but soon realized that I had made a great choice. The receptionist greeted me promptly and I was taken back for preliminary exams. Dr. Evans came in soon after and answered every question I had. After my exam, I picked out my glasses and was on my way! Highly recommended!

Was greeted promptly for my appointment, taken right in for preliminary exams, then the doctor was friendly and efficient. The optician was also very helpful and friendly, helping me pick out a frame and getting my insurance rates and I was able to pay off the VSP deductibles with one reasonable payment. My glasses came in less than a week later and I was able to pick them up right away. Very satisfied with my choice to go to Riverview.

My daughter visiting from California was seen on May 22nd. Due to her breaking her glasses. After purchasing a new pair of glasses they told her it would be about a week to receive her new glasses. She even paid extra to have them mailed to her house in California. She called last Thursday to inform them that she has still not received her glasses and they said "oh, we forgot to mail them we will do it right away!" Well, it's been another week and still no glasses!! Again she called to inquire about her glasses and they said "hopefully they will be there by Wednesday".

My appointment was for 9:00 AM. First appointment of the day, should have been seen reasonably close to my appointment time. Yesterday they called to tell me they could not find my insurance, I have 2, and she informed me that I must have a secret code or something, so I called my insurance company, then called her back to inform her that there was no "secret code", verified my employer, and magically, she had my insurance pulled up. Until she was able to pull my info, she was rude and the fault was either mine or my insurance company's

Absolutely love this place. Had been back twice with problems with my glasses . Every time they were very accommodating. I asked if I could try some different frames because the ones I had just were not working for me . After talking with managers , they happily exchanged them for me. Anne and Kyle are awesome, very friendly and proffesional Will not go anywhere else , the best in town .

Dont let the coupons fool you very $$$ compared to others,,ofc has a bunch of amateurs..ex..for retina exam... male had no idea.. had another person instruct..guess i was the guinea pig?? after filling eye RX after some mos.. reading glass were not correct nor comfortable and started to have bad headaces..too strong magnification!! want a lensometer to find a starting point of my old glasses... which work.. but needed new frames..no amateur in ofc can read one except (dr) whom ever was in the dr ofc wasnt interested and couldnt be bothered to come out!! so i have no glasses and out of alot of

We went there for glasses found a pair and they tried them on my son and when my son said they were a little tight she said they can be adjusted when we get them back in. Well when they came back in they adjusted them we left. Well we go back because any son said they were still pushing on his head. They say they are adjusted as much as they can be. So the frame is too small. When asked what can be done about it. The response I got was they can see if my insurance will provide a replacement pair. I said then that's like me using my replacement pair. And you are profiting twice because on top

I had a great visit, every one of the staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! Before I started this review, I had read other reviews on this place, in which I was a little surprised. Approximately two-three years ago the office has changed from one with that small town feel where they know your name to one where you are just another face. They lack follow up, organization, and blame either their equipment or other staff members on their faults -- which is just flat out unprofessional.
I've only been coming back for a two reasons and the two are the reasons for the stars. Linda and Dr. Wogalter. These two are great and haven&apos

Love this office! The staff is so friendly and ready to help! The doctor is very thorough and I believe genuinely cares about his patients. On multiple occasions I have ripped a contact and needed one immediately and they always have given me a spare - no charge! I really can't say enough good things about them!

Dr. Burgener has been my eye doctor for many years. Very friendly, always willing to answer questions, and just easy to speak with... I was having issues wearing contacts and he gave me samples of quite a few different types to help me find a lens I found comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to Riverview Vision and Dr. Burgener.
