Dont use them if you dont have to. Very rude. The driver said he was at my house, obviously he wasnt because I was standing outside waiting. He kept saying yes ma'am I am at your house repeating my address (that he plainly wasnt at) and got very rude with me. I cancelled my ride and called PDA taxi and they came rite here. Very nice too might I add. Just because it's a mane you have heard before doesnt make it good. Never call them again

We had an intoxicated man needing a ride home. We are told that his ride would arrive in 15-20 min. 30 min later we called back to find out where his ride was and we were hung up on! Called back 3 times just to be hung up on repeatedly. Had a coworker call and they told her that they would call the driver and find out where they were. Needless to say, they never showed.

Call at 1030 and no answer. How are you supposed to use a taxi service if they don't answer their phone. What leave a message? So if someone is drunk or in an accident they can't rely on this taxi service because they don't answer their phone even though they are supposed to be 24/7. Had to call more than once place to get help. Don't waste your time.

I called to get a taxi. The lady who answered the phone said she could be at the address in 10-15 min. It took over 30 min. I also told her the address of where I was going. She quoted me $85. I asked if I could pay before-hand over the phone and she said it would be $95 so I told her I would pay her after my ride instead. When she got there she told me the price was now $120 and she pulled over to get the money from me immediately. I have taken taxis many times, and this is the most unprofessional service I have ever had.
