Why are my teeth sensitive? Sensitive teeth often come from the fact that your gums have slightly receded. This recession of the gum line allows the underlying dentin to show through, which allows water and food easier access to the sensitive nerve. To manage this, there are a number of toothpastes, gels and even some dental procedures that can be applied.

Choosing a dentist isn't easy. Unfortunately my previous dentist retired and someone else took over his practice, I had one procedure done (fillings) with the new dentist and it will be my last. Horrible experience to say the least!!

I am very happy to have found Dr. Dupree, from my first encounter with him I just felt at ease. I felt very confident in letting him continue the rest of my fillings along with fixing the others that I just had done by the previous dentists. I am scheduled to move forward and will update once I had my procedure!

Found Dr. Dupree by chance, thanks fellow Yelpers! Called his office in a panic, yet I was soon reassured as he was able to see my daughter for an emergency procedure. Due to his calming nature and through explanations about current and future dental care for her, I immediately knew that he'd become our family dentist. Although he's out of network for my dental plan, I don't mind, solely because of the quality office time and care that he and his office provides. BTW...his office staff are AMAZING! Genuinely friendly and caring towards all patients. So happy that my family

Not sure how my review was edited but Dr. Dupree is an awesome dentist. I was surprised by how comprehensive his initial exam is. He addressed all my concerns and questions with patience and was very knowledgeable. It was refreshing to see that he could talk his time with his patients as opposed to rushing off to his next patient. Dr. Dupree is a fabulous dentist that works WITH you to come up with a treatment plan that works for you as opposed to coming up with his own plan FOR you. You can certainly tell that he genuinely care about his patients and their dental health. Definitely 5 stars.

Went here several times years ago, he got a little too popular; it became difficult to get an appointment at the day and time I wanted.

I did once have an infected tooth on a Sunday morning; it hurt more than anything I have ever felt in my life.

I called his answering service and left a message, 45 minutes later I met him at his office and got taken care of

Friendly, helpful, good with a needle
