Paint For Hire was formed in 2020 by licensed contractors Tyler Matson and Jason Epps. With a combined experience of over 30 years in the paint industry, both contractors have teamed up to provide quality painting services to the San Gabriel Valley area of Los Angeles County. Tyler Matson is a graduate from Cal State LA who paid for his college tuition by painting houses.
His father was a painter for the Glendale Unified School district and taught him everything he knew about the trade. After graduating college with a Bachelor's Degree, Tyler decided to turn his love for restoring old homes into a career. He approaches every job with the skill of a highly educated tradesmen.

This post is long overdue!!! We have had this company work on 2 different projects at our home. One interior and one exterior paint project. They have excellent communication with us from start to finish!!
Great response time for email messages, texting, phone calls and in person quotes.
Pricing was comparable, and Tyler and Jason had great attention to detail and which made the punch list easy during final walk-thru. Good craftsmanship on install of siding/hardy boards for the exterior part of our home! This detail alone modernize our house by 10+ years!! Worth the investment.

I had originally contracted Paint for Hire to paint our living and dining rooms and touch up some of the exterior trim but just as we were about to start, the stay at home orders came out so we decided to wait a little while for until everyone had figured out social distancing. Once that was better settled, we had them do the exterior work and they did a beautiful job! They painted and repaired the front and trim on the garage, painted the laundry room door and exterior wall and pressure washed, stained and water sealed both sides of a 200' wooden fence. Everything looks great and they cleaned
