I called this service for what I thought was a minor issue that could be remedied quickly. Rob also thought this would be a quick job when he arrived. We were both very wrong! I had a very severe clog downline. He stayed until the problem was resolved, even though it was messy and very involved. Rob is the nicest, most professional plumber I have ever met. He truly cares about his customers and helping them with their plumbing needs. Needless to say, We will be using him again. He is nice, trustworthy, reliable, and his price is reasonable.
