Regency Management Group (RMG), was founded in 2007 to and provides enhanced services for clients and offers unprecedented community management features including no cost online payment options. Elaine Warga-Murray, CMCA, AMC, PCAM, CPO brings over 30 years of extensive industry experience to her role as the company's CEO.
ELAINE WARGA-MURRAY, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CEO of Regency Management Group in Howell, N.J., is no stranger to carving her own path in more than 30 years in community association management. Before entering the profession, she produced instructional videos for managers while working for a large developer, an experience that motivated her to become a CAI member.
Our RMG Management Team makes the difference and we recognize that each member is integral to our success. Our professional staff includes 2 PCAM(s) and 4 AMS(s) as well as many other certified professionals. Team members are dedicated and valued professionals who have achieved, or are well on their way to receiving, the highest designation in their particular field of expertise.
Member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) (www.caionline.org) with Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) status: CAI provides information, education and resources to all community association stakeholders, including community managers and homeowner leaders. Regency Management Group members currently sit on the CAI-NJ Legislative Action Committee, Conference Committee, Managers Committee and the CAI National Managers' Caucus.
