The folks at Ink have been very helpful through all phases of the process - from ideation and design to customer service to delivery - they have exceeded expectations year after year. The shirts they produce for our event are high quality and tend to be a highlight for those who attend. I had really high hopes for working with Ink this summer as they were supporting camps doing online stores. Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable! However, there were multiple mix-ups when it came to creating the store, order confirmations being sent to the wrong people, an order that wasn't ever received, and an email that went unanswered regarding invoicing to close out the interaction. I really hope that we were a fluke and that other camp representatives received better customer service in these regards.

Ink Custom Tees is a great business with great people. (Specifically Cliff!) I highly recommend working with them. They have provided so much from my organization from a design and service side that it is obvious why someone should go with Ink Custom Tees rather than some larger company like Custom Ink. You get great service at a great price with people working hard to innovate and better themselves!

I ordered shirts with InkCustom through one of the brands they supply and provide services for, and the customer support I received from InkCustom directly, through their Customer Service Representative Natalie, was exceptional. I was purchasing these products as a foreigner (Australian) as well as for the purpose of gifting these to family, so there were concerns regarding discrepancies in sizing from US to AU but with just one message through their online customer support, I was provided the details I wanted in such a quick and efficient manner. Impressive and such a pleasant experience!

1) Company Values - Their team will always serve you to their best of their ability. Friendly, responsive, and focused.
2) Pro T-Shirt Team - Because they do shirts full time, they don't just slap a design on a shirt, they understand colors, sizes, materials, etc. They are the pros.
3) Quick - Have never had to wait very long for my order. Steven V. is my contact there. He always makes sure the deadline is met.
