Services
An appraisal is a process which leads to an estimate of Market Value for a specific property. This includes an analysis of the property, defining all its physical characteristics, analyzing the market area and the economics of said market area. These, in concert, allow the appraiser to then search out sales of properties which are most similar to the subject, and estimating value from these sales.
We are often called upon to provide appraisals for "specialty" properties; those properties which have a specific use or have special circumstances which relate to value. Special care must be exercised when appraising such properties. Examples of specialty properties we have appraised are shown below.

These are very nice gentlemen, but they are nice gentlemen who consistently fail to honor their commitments to timely complete their work.
My entire experience with them, time and time again, was a series of letdowns given their inability to do what they said when they said they would do it. I have email conversations archived to back up my experiences. It started with a secretary promising to get back to me after a weekend with a site visit appointment. She didn’t, and I had to prompt them to get the visit scheduled. They had almost three weeks to get the appraisal done, and they said they

They get one star for showing up. We own a large tract of land in Clarke County with an equine barn, home and other amenities.
These guys spent all of 30 minutes assessing our property. They never even laid eyes on the land tract nor did they go into any of the out buildings.
They only measured the external footprint of our home, barn and out buildings.
They somehow managed to generate a 42 page report off a limited 30 minute visit?
Comps weren't even pulled from ACC but from over 15 miles away in another county with very limited services.
Would absolutely NOT recommend these "appairsers.
