I did not have the greatest first impression based on two newer employees who worked the front counter. After I left my original review, the owner called us same day to apologize and let us know that corrective actions have taken place. It’s rare to find a business so attentive and it really made a huge impact on my view of them! We will definitely be giving this pharmacy another try!

I really love this company the Alvarado Pharmacy the ladies are so super nice Brenda, Jerry, has gone out of his way after work just to bring me my medicine this man and these people who work here deserve cold stars all the way around. They are beautiful friendly kind and efficient I couldn't have asked for a better Pharmacy to be located here in in Alvarado Texas, the treatment is wonderful compared to the other Pharmacies with larger names not to mention them I don't want to give them bad reviews but their insurance policies and the way they kind of ignore their customers is not anything like

Love the hometown service. Everyone is always polite an kind. Will help you anytime even if you need them to wait a few minutes before closing. Pharmacist are helpful with you understanding you RX.

I am all about supporting small businesses but I have had two associates be pretty rude to me and a customer that was in there. Not just once, multiple times. My husband has had the same issues going in as well. Never had a problem with other associates. Just don't appreciate the attitude. Maybe it's just me every time I go in idk but switching pharmacy's. Hate to leave a bad review but I'm not pleased at all with the customer service.

This is an excellent pharmacy that works with many kinds of insurance. Fast and friendly service from people who know and remember you. Their courtesy and customer service are unbeatable. They work with you, unlike the big chain pharmacies.

Alvarado Pharmacy is amazing. It offers spectacular one on one care and is always striving for excellence. It offers delivery service M-F and also offers compounding services. There's always a smile, a hot cup of coffee and a pat on the back waiting for you behind those sliding doors. Come on in and visit for a while.

I love the people who work here. It's like seeing your family every time you go in. Jerry is the best and really helps you as much as he can. I always feel comfortable with the very nice ladies that work here.
