We used Fitzgerald law when we closed on our house 6 years ago! Time really does fly! But he had some hoops to jump through because of previous owners and he was even more vital to our clashing than normal. Can’t thank him enough and cannot recommendations a better real estate attorney! 6 years later and still thankful for him!
