The McGuire Contractors team is led by Steve McGuire, President. Steve serves as the primary point of contact along with Robert Goehner, VP Construction. In addition to being your primary contact, they lead the day-to-day project activities. On site project supervision is led by Jason Esche, Superintendent.

At McGuire Contractors, we provide full Pre-construction services, Construction Management services and Design/Build services. We understand that no two projects are alike. Because of this, we offer a range of services so that we can provide the right type of project delivery based on your individual needs.
Before any construction begins on your project, there are many critical decisions to be made. Our job, during this phase of the work is to ensure that you have the right information at the right time so that you can make informed decisions on your project with the full confidence that it will be delivered on time, within budget and to the quality level you want.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone returns home safely at the end of each working day - everyone - whether they are an employee of our company, one of our sub-contractors, a visitor, a vendor delivering material - everyone - leaves our construction sites in the same condition they arrived in.
A sustainable approach to construction is at the heart of everything we do - it just makes sense. We realize that, in the end, it's about the benefits this approach brings to every building, regardless of what its ultimate use is. We understand how to implement green strategies required to achieve both short and long term sustainability goals.
As your design/build (D/B) contractor, we provide a single point of contact and accountability to you. All design, construction and other services flow through us to you. In the traditional Design - Bid - Build process, you are at risk by not having proper budget controls in place from project start through to bidding.

From the onset of working with everyone at McGuire Contractors they exhibited a high level of professionalism and were very comfortable to work with.
