The markups on funeral home products, in general, are quite high, in part to help to cover the labor and facilities costs that traditional funeral homes incur. Stardust Memorials specializes in selling just memorial products direct to the public and does not have that sort of cost structure for our services.
Caring staff are available to take your call from 8 AM to 7 PM EST during the workweek. On Saturday, staff members are available via phone from 9 AM to 4 PM. Phones are not staffed on Sundays, but we invite you to leave a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible. I received the most beautiful urn from Stardust Memorials and the engraving was done very well. I am very pleased not only with the urn, but with the price and customer service. When I called to ask a question and then subsequently placed an order, the lady I spoke with was very nice and professional. The urns are very reasonable and there is quite an array to choose from. There website is very user friendly. It helped make a difficult decision a little easier...

I came across Stardust Memorials ~ looking thru all the very beautiful Urns, it didn’t take me long to pick out the two small Urns that caught my eye~ I picked out two, one for my husband & I ~ I don’t need them yet, but I wanted to be the one who choose them. They were packaged with great care, and each Urn came in its own velvet bag. I didn't know what to do? My husband was so hurt by the loss of his brother. And we could not afford to bury him so cremation was no option. So we got to looking and I found this beautiful urn. And it made my husband feel a lot better to know that he had such a beautiful resting place. And I would recommend it to anybody who wants peace of mind. This is it the most beautiful urn and they're printing on the plaque is really awesome.

When our daughter passed away last week, I already had a family urn for her cremains. I could not find an engraver anywhere that would or could engrave her date of death in time for the cremation. I got fed up looking and just looked for another urn for her. When I ordered this beautiful urn from Stardust Memorials, I had no idea it would arrive in 24 hours with the fully engraved pendant as well! The turtle urn is very nice! ! It was easy to transfer my ocean loving husband’s ashes into the water soluble bag inside the turtle and tie it closed I glued the bottom opening of the turtle . The box it came in was perfect for transporting to the ocean. The sunset release was perfect and the turtle floated briefly then disappeared We also floated grapevine wreaths with a few flowers and watched them go out with the tide .Beautiful. Thank you for offer this product. It was just what I hoped for. It is a beautiful memorial for a loved one.

Everything about our experience with Stardust Memorials was top-notch. Great products, high quality, easy to order, items shipped and delivered quickly and packed carefully and expertly, but above all outstanding customer service. Some time ago, we purchased a very beautiful urn and were very pleased with it. Most recently we ordered marble engraved nameplates but when we got them we weren't completely happy with them, how they looked. We called the company and Chris immediately sent us new ones that look just perfect. Many companies will SAY they want to make sure their customers are totally happy

This purchase was proactive so my family wouldn't have to guess what I would like. I ordered [with engraving] on 4/2/21 7:59 AM. I received the tracking email at 11:22 AM. Fast! Since Michigan to Chicago is a one day lane, I received my urn 4/3/21 12:11 PM. I was very impressed with the packaging. I thought I would see the urn when I opened the box.
