I live in Tennessee and own a house in Kentucky. Needed a realtor and decided to go with Liza Tucker. Best decision I've made by far. Being out of state is scary when you have your home on the market. Liza was amazing. Kept in touch with me on everything that was going on. And our house sold within two days. Best realtor ever. And we have had many. My only regret is I can't take her to Tennessee to help me find a new house. If you need a realtor give Liza Tucker a call. You won't be disappointed.

We had a property in Russell County that we needed to sell fast, but we didn’t want to take a hit on our asking price either. I can’t say enough good things about Southern Nest realty and Debbie, the agent we worked with. Not only did we sell the property in a matter of weeks, but we also sold it at our asking price.

We are from Michigan I spoke with agent Elaine Rowlett and told her we were interested in one of her listings in Kentucky the home listed at 299,000 we drove a 16 hour round trip before she informed of through her husband because she didn’t bother to show up that the home had a horrible home inspection which included termite infestation foundation issues and mold she also left out the fact the home had sold six years previous with absolutely no updates or repairs the appliances didn’t work and a laundry list of health and safety violations in a 55 page report for a home that sold for 32,000

Tammy Stotts of Southern Nest did an excellent job from the day I called her to interview her for listing my home in Columbia, KY. I have worked with agents in Louisville, London, Washington,DC, and Los Angeles and her diligence and expertise exceeded any of those. She knew I wanted to sell quickly. She advised on setting a reasonable sale price and moved quickly to prepare the listing with excellent photos. Tammy did everything well including representing me at the closing.
