Services
Therapy Solutions is a locally owned clinic. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as mental health counseling, athletic training, long term care services, and occupational health. Through all these services, we strive to bring hope and healing to our community. Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and athletic trainers perform all evaluations and treatment procedures.
As a Dickinson, Killdeer, and Richardton, ND physical, occupational, and speech therapy practice committed to helping patients be pain-free, we are always accepting resumes from therapy and administrative staff who pride themselves on accepting new challenges and who have a strong desire to help others.
I used to be stiff and sore upon waking up in the morning. My low back and neck were always tight and hurt. I was not able to lift my children without pain radiating in my back. I would never lie down on the floor to play with my children because my low back/hip would lock up and prevent me from being able to sit up.
Before coming to do physical therapy, I could hardly walk any distance, and even a blanket touching my feet at night was out of the question. Now my feet are pain-free at night and I have been able to go back to taking daily walks with my family. My pain started from the bottom of my left foot, continued on to my leg and on to my hip and back.
I was having severe pain in my right shoulder and also some pain in my left shoulder and both elbows for several months. Went to see an orthopedic surgeon. The x-rays they took showed a possible rotator cuff tear & thinning with some shoulder arthritis starting. Was referred to Therapy Solutions for rehab and shoulder exercises.

Therapy is really frustrating and slow. I've been seeing Jessie and Adrienne for around 7 months for two seperate injuries. I have wanted to just give up and live with the pain because I did not feel even a little better for months, and I would have if both of these amazing ladies had not been so encouraging and kept telling me to do the work and my body will heal. I'm finally starting to feel improvement and I'm so grateful for the support and encouragement. Thank you both, so much, for your dedication and support!

Miss Maria Fairfield was amazing with our son. He first saw her when he was three and could only say a handful of single syllable words. She diagnosed him with Childhood Apraxia of Speech and developed a plan tailored to his needs. He is almost 6 and we now understand over 90% of what he says and the sounds he struggles with are considered appropriate for his age. Miss Maria is not only knowledgeable in her field, she is also excellent with children. She knows how to make it fun for them and can tell when they’ve reached their limit for the day and just need to be done. I would absolutely recommend

Tori Nelson is an exceptional athletic trainer. She always come to work prepared and willing to help athletes in need. She is patient, effective, and overall eases the experience of injuries. Without Tori’s care I would not have been able to perform to the best of my abilities and would not have been able to complete the same amount of athletic accomplishments. Tori not only was my trainer, but my friend and over the years she’s been working at Trinity through Therapy Solutions she has been one of my biggest supporters.

In 2016, I shattered my wrist. I underwent major wrist surgery that required post- surgery OT to help regain the use of it. In 2017, I re-broke the wrist. At that time, I was told by my doctors that I would feel pain for the rest of my life, and that it was normal. The pain has gotten progressively worse since 2017, and I started to develop nerve issues as well. After telling numerous doctors since 2017 that something just didn’t feel right, I got referred to OT again. I was able to get back with Adrienne, who was my therapist the first round of OT. Since beginning OT, I have not once been told

My daughter has been visiting with Jennifer R. now for a few months. What she really appreciates all the practical tools and the realization that she has a lot more control over how she is thinking/feeling/acting than she first realized.
It helps me, too, knowing that she will be better equipped by practicing these now, rather than stuffing everything down.
