Purchased our new vehicle from them and they made the process so enjoyable! Albert was amazing, he explained step by step, even if I asked the same question twice because i didn't understand. He laid everything out and offered us so much help. Wallie, who I think is the owner (i might be wrong) really gave meaning to the mottos most car places have of when you buy a car you become part of the family. They both assured me that if ANYTHING happened, big or small to call them first and they'd get to me. I definitely plan to buy future vehicles from them

Bought a 2005 mini cooper and the day I drove away the engine light came on. My husband took it to a mini specialist and got an extensive list of leaks and things to be fixed totaling to $2,400. He gave the list to Wally and he took the Cooper and gave us a car to use. The Cooper was gone for about a week and in that time my loaner car died at least 3 times and the blinkers did not work at all. Got the cooper back and it was fine for a day or 2 but now the engine light is on again and all of the problems are continuing plus the radio stopped working.
