Absolutely terrible business and customer service experience. We were prompted to purchase a new mother board for our washing machine, at the bargain basement price of $400. Ultimately, it was a loose wire on the actuator ($15 fix), to correct the issue. Worth it to wait 5 weeks without a washer! Shockingly, their stellar work has now failed again, just weeks later. In this emergency situation, they could get back out to review /correct their work in a mere 3-4 weeks?! Awesome! Spare yourself the extra money, terrible customer service attitude and call Lee's Appliance 303-722-1013.

It looks like I'm not the only person who posted about Hi Tech's lack of professionalism, accountability and several failed attempts at diagnosing an appliance problem. It’s a shame to write a poor review, however, I’d hate for anyone else to waste their time and money. Not only did the tech fail to appropriately assess the problem the first time they came out, the repair person angrily exploded the second time they came out because they felt inconvenienced and “had other customers waiting” even though 1) it was their manager who scheduled them to come out to fix the problem they had failed

Great job from Hi-Tech Appliances! Our KitchenAid dishwasher decided to pour water all over the floor so I called Hi-Tech for service. Got a date and service window and James was right on-time, and yes he left his shoes at the front door!
Checked out the dishwasher, found and resolved the problem keeping me informed throughout the process. He's knowledgeable, professional, polite, and in a node to the current climate wore a mask the whole time.
Also gave us a few tips to help keep our dishwasher performing better going forward.

It is unfortunate that I can't select no stars. This company damaged the appliances they installed and ruined our hardwood floor. They said I would have to deal with their insurance company. In addition to paying $12000 for damaged appliances, I have to come up with an additional $5000 to put my floor back to where it was before dealing with them. The owner is absent which shows his lack of pride in his business. It's a shame we were victims of a lousy busI was. I hope it doesn't happen to you.

Shane Dees, the service technician, did a great job performing the maintenance work on our fireplace. He also installed beautiful fireplace crystals that were never initially installed by the builder. Boy, does it make a difference in the look and feel of the fireplace! Shane was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he did so I'll be comfortable in how it operates. Well done

Hi-tech was recommended to me by a co-worker to explore purchasing a gas fireplace. From beginning to end, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Missed scheduling, salesperson lied about scheduling appointments, management was uninterested, and failed to return phone calls.

Went in to talk about refrigerators, went to show him the model I'm interested in and basically told me he couldn't help me. Said there was a backlog until March. I totally understand that there is a crunch right now and a long wait, but at least other shops I went to would explain the different models and checked their supply chain. The competing shops could get me fridges in January. So either this place doesn't have great suppliers or he just didn't want my business. I have used these folks for 10 years for both appliance purchase and repair. They HAD been good but my most recent service call was a disaster. When Eric came to look at the broken refrigerator, I told him what part was at fault and gave him the manufacturer part number. He confirmed the diagnosis and said he'd get the part ordered and that when it came in someone would call to schedule his return for the repair. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called back and was told someone would get back to me. Nothing. Next day I called again, again I was told someone would get back to me.

Eric Orth was the Hi-Tech Applicance techincian that serviced 5 of our appliances today. I had saved all of the minor issues up but when the Meile dishwasher stopped working, that was my final straw and prompted my call. Eric was prompt, kind, very knowledgeable and was able to make minor adjustments to repair 3 of the appliances ( 2 Meile Dishwashers and 1 Wolf cooktop) and identified the problems with our 2 Dacor wall ovens and ordred the parts to for repair at a later appointment. Been using Hi-Tech for several years: fireplace, fridge and dishwasher servicing. Not a single complaint. I really am surprised at the negative reviews here, because I only hear positive things from friends and neighbors that use them. Today I had Peter out for our dishwasher and Shane for our fireplace. Both totally enjoyable to have in the home, both know their stuff. And neither was looking for ways for me to spend my money. These guys are top-notch pros! We thought our dishwasher had seen it's last lap, but HTA came out to our house, figured out what was wrong in no time, ordered the part, and returned to replace it and got us back up and running! They saved me tons of money by not pushing me to buy a new dishwasher, which I certainly appreciated. They are honest, work hard, and take great pride in their work! Thanks Hi-Tech. Should we (when we, let's be honest) have another appliance breakdown in our house we will be calling these guys first!

Upon purchase, I had a great experience with Hi Tech. I found the owner be knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I purchased a speed queen washer and dryer. The washer has been fine but the dryer from day 1 would leave black stains on my husbands white collared shirts. We contacted hi tech and initially they said we would have to call someone else for service since we live in denver and are out of their service area. So I called who they told me to call and got the run around so called Hi-Tech back and they finally sent someone out for a repair. That did not fix the problem so my husband
