I love Dr. B and the staff! Whenever I get adjusted I always feel much better and Dr. B is so caring and comforting! The staff are very welcoming and kind as well. I would definitely recommend that anyone goes to the clinic! Amazing work and amazing people.

The staff is rude and they book appointment times at the same time and expect you to wait all day to be seen. Also, I have been getting headaches from not being fully adjusted, Dr. B saying that he light adjusted me. They over charge for rudeness and lack of skill. Telling me I should come in every week out of pocket $52 a pop. I do not recommend this place.

What is wrong with you people leaving mad-crappy reviews, not even backed with the facts. Quoting "waiting all day" really..? I have been seen Dr. Braswell for over 3 years, and I am talking about 3-4 visits per month, and I've never seen people, nor my self, waiting "all day". They are always on time and prompt with my appointments, beside I am probably the one who is late a a lot of time for my scheduled appointment, and they were always accommodating me with treatment even for the same day call appointments. For the person who is refusing treatments or part of the treatment, then you should

I told him that I was feeling well, but he insisted I need more treatment. After the additional treatment, my pain came back in-full again.
Not only that, he also billed me for some service I have previously rejected... Every time I went to his office, I was offered to the massage bed. Since I already own a similar bed at home, I declined the offer every time. But he billed my insurance company for the massage treatment anyway. My insurance company refused to pay. Then he went after me for payment. I refused to pay that too and he put me on collection.
